Actor and Circus Artist

Katy received her BFA in Acting from the Boston University School of Theatre and the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts (LAMDA), trained in circus arts in Cardiff, Wales at NOFIT State Circus (on the job!), performed in the circus in New York, Connecticut, the UK, and Mexico, and trained and performed with Bread and Puppet Theatre in Vermont and New York. She is a member of NYC-based physical theatre company The Anthropologists, and performs regularly with a street-theatre team associated with puppet-theatre company Great Small Works. Favorite roles include Rivka in Give Us Bread (The Anthropologists), Mrs. Loveit in Man of Mode (London), and Marguerite in Red Noses (Boston). She's also performed regionally at the Olney Theatre Center in Maryland, the Long Wharf Theatre in New Haven and the Boston Playwrights' Theatre.
