Forum Theatre benefits your company and employees in myriad ways:
- theatre games foster team building, a collaborative spirit and positive attitudes

- employees learn to address conflicts and challenges in a constructive, proactive, and fun manner

These workshops fit into your company's schedule in several ways:
- two to three workshops lasting three hours each, over the course of several consecutive mornings or afternoons OR
- one to three full-day workshops, with a lunch break.
Maximum participants: 40
Fee: determined by the length of the workshops and the number of participants
Space needs: a large, clean open space with stackable chairs, suitable for movement
Groups can be mixed among all levels of the company; or executives, sales, marketing, etc. can work in separate teams. The composition of participants can be adjusted according to your company's particular needs.
Optional visual arts and environmental awareness component: employees collect "clean trash," or recycled materials, from the company and the surrounding areas, and create expressive sculptures from these materials. The creation of these sculptures can aid in the process of learning healthy communication and problem solving, and the finished products serve to decorate the work environment!
